New initiative to support local communities in project areas through education, employment, and environmental programs.
Asia Renewable Energy has launched a comprehensive community engagement program aimed at creating shared value with communities in areas where we develop and operate wind farms.
Program Components:
- Education Initiative: STEM education programs for local schools, scholarships for university students
- Skills Training: Technical training programs to prepare local workforce for wind industry jobs
- Local Employment: Priority hiring from local communities with career development support
- Environmental Protection: Coastal cleanup campaigns and marine habitat restoration
- Community Development: Infrastructure improvements and support for local businesses
The program will initially launch in Taiwan with plans to expand to all markets where we operate.
